We should not place too much import on how Bvanevery phrases things.
I don't think he means it that way.

People in real life are a lot nicer, somehow there are always big misunderstandings when you only read texts and try to interpret people based on them alone!

Yeah, gotta love the 'this vs that' arguments - LOL.
