The Ogre Manual in repository can be build only with texi2html version 1.64 or lower. This is not good. I updated this manual so that it can be build with texi2html 1.82 (latest on this time). I also added some formatting code in manual files.
Also, I translated manual to Russian. Original and translated files can be found in attached archive.
