Looking for Ogre expert on hourly rate

A place for employers, project leaders etc to post if they are looking for people to assist with an Ogre-based project. Please only post in this area if you have a _serious_ project proposition for which you already have something to show for.

Looking for Ogre expert on hourly rate

Post by Johncclayton »

Hi All

I've got some Ogre based issues with a program I'm writing that I cannot seem to solve (I've been at it two weeks part time now). I work full time as a software engineer - but in another field; and I'd like to solve this problem sooner rather than later.

I know what the problem is; just not how to get Ogre to solve it. I have left numerous messages in the forum but as chance would have it - the right eyes haven't seen it :-)

So, I am interested in knowing who might be available for a few hours of paid work to first go through the problem - and then to propose a price to fix it. If this isn't how it works - please let me know - I'm open to your ideas / suggestions.

I've got a 40 second video showing the problem; at:

I am more than happy to discuss this issue with you on Skype - please contact me if you have the time and think you may be able to help. I am in the Swiss time zone; and English / German language are fine (although you won't find me writing much German!).

Cheers

I've sent you a PM indicating my interest. I believe that I already know what the problem could be, since I've have a similar issue when working on Cloud9, a haptic 3D modelling package created using Ogre3D.
