work ogre 3d and kinect

work ogre 3d and kinect

I want a person who knows how to create a 3d character, rigged, and implement the code in it to make it move with the system or similar kinect.
Simbad ogres like to understand ... very simple, without interaction with objects.

can anyone help me with this?
