[CLOSED]Opinion about 3D models I found

Hi,
I'm trying to get Ogre3D to render a "corridor" type of models, like doom or quake... just for some testing that I'm working on (Not a game.)

I found 3 models at reasonable price
29 pounds (i guess is like 40)

which do you guys think will export better given the options given on those pages. For example, one has a max version and the other one has fbx which I can import into max.
The software for 3D rendering that i have are:
Blender 2.6
3D Studio Max 2010
Maya 2010.
(running on windows 7)
I'm finding the ogremax for 3D studio max to be excellent thus far.
