The existing demo of ogre and kinect with sinbad is nice, but it's extremely hardcoded to the sinbad model. We need someone to help us with a better, more flexible integration of the two. What is required:
* validation of our exported models: positions and bones (some knowledge of exporting to Ogre from Blender is desired). We will provided rigged models.
* setting up the bones automatically. The user will provide a std::map<ogre bone name, kinect bone> as argument, but the setup code must work for any model.
* animating avatar with kinect.
We have a mostly working code, but we're still facing some issues (http://www.ogre3d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69938). Our changes are available at https://github.com/brunobg/TuxSinbad and the resulting code will be released under LGPL.
We need it ASAP and we are willing to pay a fee.
