Re: C++ Ogre Programmer ( Paid Full Time)
I'm in New Delhi at the time. I meet all the qualifications with a slight issue being that I still haven't completed my graduation and do not have a 1-3 years of work experience in any studio or job for that matter. Another thing I am pretty much a noob at opengl.
But as far as 3D Math,, linear algebra and 3D geometry are concerned. I'm good. I am by no means an expert in OGRE. But I am about more than decent now that I have been tinkering with it for so long. I am a very good hand at C++ since I've been at it since 6th grade. It's been 3 years since I finished school now.
Another thing I haven't worked on any project, or accomplished anything substantial. But I am pretty much capable of doing that now, should I receive the space and time on my hands. And I'll be going to Andaman and Nicobar from the 18th to 29th of this month, so I won't be able to come to Chennai during that time or be able to do much work then.
Let me know if I fit the bill.

Re: C++ Ogre Programmer ( Paid Full Time)
Mr. Sridhar, I understand that there are things I might not know since I have no official work experience in the industry (I've contributed to various open source projects in the past 3 years though, very little work that was). But the thing is I just want to work. I have an affinity for many things, like game development, physics simulation, vehicles simulation (I was dabbling with Delhi metro type trains some time back) zombie games, RPGs strategy games and what not. But I also have a strong affinity for research work in the field of 3D visualization, computer vision. Things of that nature.
Could I intern with your team? You could hire someone else. I'll just work and learn. If you feel I'm good enough and there is plenty of work to go around then you could hire me if you want. I "have" worked with artists before though... different teams... college stuff. Once again, nothing professional that made it big.
