Two User IDs One Computer

I would like to use a separate account (Ogre User ID) for the showcase forum.
So is it alright to create another account from the same computer, or is there any limitation as 1 user account per IP/MAC.

Each account needs a unique email address.
Multiple people from one IP is fine (otherwise universities and companies would have trouble visiting here).
