Rolled his own Orc head !

If you look at nothing else today, check out Leigh Van Der Byl's awesome recreation of a Moria Orc Head. You will be envious.

Yes, excellent work he does. I found this site when researching how to texture things. He has a very good tutorial section on texturing.

I was just about to post exactly the same thing.
I also was looking for how to texture a few weeks ago.
