How to upgrade project developed in ogre 1.7.4 to ogre 1.8

I developed an application in the ogre 1.7.4 with xcode 4.3 and ios 5 , now i want to run the application in ios6 , so i need the ogre 1.8, can you please tell me how to convert form ogre1.7.4 to ogre 1.8, i just downloaded the ogre 1.8 and set the path , and started running in the ios6, but it is showing the black screen . can you please help me , what are the steps i need to follow to upgrade . Please help me

Would either of you be able to give any more information about the problem? Do you see anything in the logs? What have you done to try to debug the issue?
