It should be use "OGRE_DEPENDENCIES_DIR" to locate.

I think it's just a mistake with debug mode that link with "\lib\release" always.
It should be use "OGRE_DEPENDENCIES_DIR" to locate.
This issue occurs with 1.8 and 1.9.
