How to do that was lighted a landscape depending on the sources of lighting in a scene?

Yes, the terrain lighting is static in the demo. Because of the LOD on the terrain standard vertex lighting does not look very good, if you want dynamic lighting I advise using a custom terrain material (see terrain.cfg) and using shaders, perhaps a world-space normal map for example which will retain the lighting precision even in the distance.
