I think something like this:
Minimum:
Operating System: Windows 98 or higher, or a recent Linux or MacOS
Processor: Everything from a p3 should do
Memory: ? no idea
Video: GF2 or higher
Recommended:
Operating System: Windows XP, or a recent Linux or MacOS
Processor: faster than a p3
Memory: ? no idea
Video: Video card supporting pixel shader 2.0, like ATI 9500+ and NVidia FX series and later

Ive ran ogre on as low as a TNT2 card...havent tried any of my old s3/tridents, but it should work. Obviously it really, really depends on what your doing with it and how much your doing.
Something of the graphical equivalence to doom3/hl2 would obviuosly have much, much higher requirements to a simple pong clone...
Best to just try the precompiled samples on your target system, and report back here with your findings!
