Any experts with Milkshape out there?

Is it possible to scale a skeleton?

I can select my mesh and scale that.
And I can select all the joints, but when I then hit scale, nothing happens.

Any ideas anyone?

scaling works for me here, it just completely screws up the positioning of the bones, its easier/better to just grab the bones and move them.

IIRC there's a separate scaling tool, not the typical scaling button, for scaling a mesh and it's skeleton at the same time.

Thanks sinbad. Of course, if I'd searched the Milkshape forums before posting here I'd have found out that it is in fact "Tools -> Scale All", hurrah!
