PowerRender commercial 3d engine taking a few tips from ogre

That's a direct link to an image on the powerrender website! Look familiar?.. Hm I'm sure I've seen it somewhere else... In fact if you use DeepPaint3D from RightHemisphere then you'll notice they ship the model with their product as an example too!

Smells like a conspiracy to me :shock:

I suspect the Egerter brothers got the model from the same source that Sinbad got the model from.

the model comes with an official 3dsmax biped/bones tutorial, so it's on the official 3dsmax CD. Maybe only in version 2 and 3. It's used in a few books with tutorials too. (sybex). It's free of rights and a good model too. espcially for demonstrating bones.

I've seen the Ogre head also in a Houdini tutorial.
