Mono Framework is now MIT license

Since the Microsoft adquisition of Xamarin, Xamarin put the runtime and other tools licensed as MIT License, also released other propietary components as MIT too (like the ARM64 port of Mono) so people can embed Mono as their scripting engine without the legal crap of the LGPL!.

Despite their embedding API is pure GNOME-like C (Since uses GLib?) but it's better than dealing with the Lua VM C API...
