.blend -> .scene - exporter available?

Hi!

while searching through the forums for a ideal level editor,i've come accross some members who write about an export script from blender to the .scene file, but i couldn't find a download link.

as i am a blender artist, such a solution would be ideal.

is there anybody out there with an (almost) working exporter.
