Unload and restart

hello,
I need to be able to restart ogre without shutting down my application. Does anyone have a tip on how to secure that when i unload ogre loaded is really unloaded ?

Yes, if you shut down ogre and then delete the Root() object it is really unloaded. Though sure you have no lingering shared pointers to objects inside Ogre, at shutdown. (ie .setNull() them)
