How do I log in to the Ogre Wiki (https://wiki.ogre3d.org)? I see a login page, but no way to make a new account. I tried the user name and password that I use for the forums, but that doesn't work.

It should be the same as the forum credentials, I don't remember creating a user there and I'm able to log in.
Perhaps the bridge between the forum and the wiki is broken.

yes, the forum-wiki bridge is no longer available for the the current tikiwiki version which we had to update to due to security fixes.
If your login does not work, you are basically out of luck as I have no plans fixing this.
However, the wiki content gets out of sync pretty fast anyway so the recommended way is to document stuff in git.
Many wiki pages already merely redirect to github i.e.: https://wiki.ogre3d.org/DotScene

Yeah, the Ogre Wiki login is separate from the forum — they disabled new account creation a while back due to spam issues. Right now, only existing users or contributors with granted access can log in. If you need to edit or contribute, your best bet is to reach out to the maintainers via the forum or GitHub and request access.
