Hideo Kojima's (MSG4) next game will use Ogre?

Post by Boriszko »

Checking out a documentary on Hideo Kojima creating MSG4, I noticed something laying on his work desk.

[silly_rumor]Does this mean Deck13 (Ankh 3) might be expecting a phone call from Kojima for licensing their Ogre-based technology?[/silly_rumor]

I'm quite sure (~90%), that this is just the brochure that was handed out at the last year's GC07 to all business/trade visitors.
Mine even lay arround in my room until last week, when I decided to finally throw it away

Sorry for disrupting your rumour, but maybe you know who really killed J.F.K. ?

Anyway the relation to Ogre is so indirect ( Game brochure -> Ankh-> Ogre) that it's not credible.

If you want to find evidence, there are other things in that photos...
-Why he has a wine bottle on his work desk? :?
-And what is contained in all those small bottles?
-And in that small plastic bag, there is some brown herb...

This puts the great HK in an all new light... should he expect a phone call from the police instead?
Anyway just joking

Didn't Sinbad mention a mysterious Japanese "something" on his blog a while back?

Not that I think this photo means anything. It's certainly an interesting find, but not even enough evidence for a rumor.

But it would be awesome.

, this HK trashing is insufferable....

Can't you see he is innocent as a baby and simply a hyper-creative genius in crunch time? The evidence:

- The messy desk and his unreadable handwriting (also told in the doc.): clear signs of genius...
- The bottles, the pills, the ice tea: HK's perfectly balanced secret diet to keep crunching on MSG4 and, of course, to keep his snake perfectly solid.
- The bottle of wine; Truman Capote, Vincent Van Gogh, F. Scott Fitzgerald and Britney Spears...do I need to say more?
- The baby photo; so he can still recognize his child when he returns home after MSG4's release. Imagine his sacrifice for gamers...
- And the small plastic bag with brown herb? How do you think the Japanese come up with all these incredible stories that no sober Westerner is able follow?

Okay, now I'm cooled down a bit and going back to my personal HK shrine...lighting candles so the great HK will hopefully pardon the blasphemy by you, non-believers...

Well.. emmm... having pills and wine in the same desk isn't actually a good sign... :S

I admire Hideo Kojima for many things, but as every human, he has flaws. There's no point in ignoring them; that makes him a human after all.
