Besides MyGUI, ImGUI(free) and NoesisGUI(commercial) are easy to work with Ogre, especially Ogre 2.2

There are some discussion about integrating physics engines like bullet and PhysX in this forum (but I think those discussions are before NVidia open sourced it). I'm not aware of any complete PhysX+Ogre integration project, but it's worth looking at BtOgre2 forked by Ybalrid. It's Bullet, not PhysX, but still.... it maybe be useful to you, too:

To add one other GUI library, there is dark_sylinc's colibri gui library. I have not looked at it yet, but you cna check it out here;
https://bitbucket.org/dark_sylinc/colib ... c/default/

I adapted OgrePhysx for Ogre 2.x. The original repo is here;
https://bitbucket.org/ogreaddons/ogrephysx/src/default/

If I had time I could upload changes, but like many of my 2.x dependencies they are a bit hacky and I am not too happy about releasing them into the public domain, but I could probably release some key snippets, there is not really much you need to change. My version supports only works with PhysX 4
