Those guys are building a full DEM of the terrain from LOTR. For now, in the ftp ressource, you can find some heightmaps, some contour maps and colormaps. Be warned, the highest quality image is about 400 Mo

Well, it maybe a bit out of subject, but it's definitely a good artistic ressource, I think.
