Not to be a downer or anything, but you need to learn how to program before even attempting to use Ogre. If you did have experience, you would know that just telling us that you have a lot of errors doesn't help us to solve your problem. The code is straightforward, the tutorial is straightforward.

Since I love guessing and being right or wrong, I'd venture to say you don't have the sdl headers where your compiler can find them. My second guess is that you forgot a ; or misstyped it as : .

There are many different ways of using that code. Get more comfortable with your compiler/C++/Ogre before following this. It is a straightforward tutorial but it is not for someone who appears to be as new as you are to it all.

Hope that helped.

@LinuxChristian:
This tutorial is not a tutorial per se, but a sketch, meant for more advanced developers.
You should try the other tutorials on the Wiki. :wink:

discipline has written a nice Ogre framework, called Solar which you can get here: http://code.adaptableit.com/code/solar/.
It has SDL input, but it will probably have to be fixed.
It seems like you have chosen an advanced Ogre topic here. :)
