how to export sky, terrain generated by terrgen into ogre?

Choose a tool and what you want to export. Then find one of the exsisting Ogre exporters and use it.

There's an exporter from Terragen to Blender. Then you can use Blender-to-Ogre exporter.

Terragen exports heightmaps which can be loaded into ogre's terrain scene manager anyway. The stock HeightmapPageSource can load 8-bit greyscale images or 16-bit RAWs, Terragen can write both. Look at the terrain.cfg for details.
