Codename: Bullets Project. WE NEED YOU

A place for employers, project leaders etc to post if they are looking for people to assist with an Ogre-based project. Please only post in this area if you have a _serious_ project proposition for which you already have something to show for.

What are you planning in terms of networking to be actually able to create a MMO FPS, there are some fundamental issues with this from a networking point of view?

Actually, our game is not really a MMO FPS, because the average player amount per match will be ~20 up to 40.
However, we are planning to use RakNet and maybe make the network server application multi-threaded using Intels Threading Building Blocks library, but this is currently in discussion.
As the net engine itself is still in a planning stage, we are now developing and looking for techniques/algorithms that will help us.
Basically, we will try to do a very modern implementation of a networked game.
