Is there a free game engine using Ogre engine?
Especially I would like to use with .Net!

There are multiple of those floating around, one of the most prominent is:

http://www.neoaxis.com/

I think it is .NET (C#).

Well, umityildiz - with that description, I believe you nailed NeoAxis, it's free, but not open source, and as spacegaier mentioned, it runs C# as it's scripting language, really awesome engine if you ask me, if you aren't a DIY person download it right now :)

A nice SDK. There are limits what? I personally do would like to use. There are limits what kind of non-commercial version? Are there any restrictions on the Resource Editor and Map Editor?

As far as I could see, there were no restrictions. The only problem I saw in NeoAxis was that the source code was not available, and I couldn't code my game in C++, download it and look at the demos, I didn't expect all that, it was a really pleasant surprise. If there are limits, you can find out about them on their site.

Well, not that I'm aware of, the only limitation of Neo Axis the non-commercial version would be that you can't sell the game you've made.

But if you want a completely correct answer, ask on their forums.

<edit>Jacmoe beat me to it, and you got a better answer from him, as it seems there are some minor limitations, but the only feature limitations are the 2 features related to PhysX and it's system: "PhysX: Convex hulls support" and "Physics system: Ability to add any functionality including custom shapes and joints".

If you need those you can buy the really cheap indie license $95 - personal and $145 - team version, which is fairly cheap considering your alternatives. ;)

[s]Excuse me if I'm wrong, but your posting pattern somehow gives me the feeling that you are a spam-bot, I hope this isn't the case, though.[/s]

[EDIT]
I stand corrected.

I apologize if I offended you in any way with what I said.

I asked this question NeoAxis Forum. I thank you for the answers to your licensing required.
