New terrain component don't close page file

Hi there!

I crosspost here an issue posted on Ogitor forum, regarding the new terrain component. (http://forum.ogitor.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1198

The problem is that once a page of the terrain is loaded from the ogt file, this will never get closed, so I cannot save any modification made to the terrain as the file result in use.
What I don't understand is if it's intended, and closing the file is demanded to Ogitor, or the terrain component should take care of closing the file once the page finishes loading.
